SLAB TROLLEY

Transport and maneuvering system from the SLAB SYSTEM range, for large format ceramic sheets. Especially indicated for the HANDLING of pieces with thicknesses from 6 mm.

The SLAB TROLLEY is for exclusive use with the conveyors from the RUBI SLAB SYSTEM range: SLAB TRANS HEAVY DUTY N, SLIM EASY TRANS PLUS* and SLIM EASY TRANS*. Thanks to the EASY FIX fixing system, the SLAB TROLLEY allows easy and quick assembly and disassembly of the conveyor.

The SLAB CART is light and compact. Its design guarantees that the SLAB CART occupies just the right amount of space. And its reinforced aluminum profiles give it great robustness and structural resistance with minimal weight.

The RUBI SLAB CART incorporates an extendable arm to facilitate the loading and unloading of the ceramic sheet on the WORKTABLE. With the arm folded, the SLAB TROLLEY allows you to pass through a standard door frame without the need to perform complex or risky maneuvers, even loading the conveyor and material in their maximum format.

Being equipped with four rotating wheels (360º) with STOP&FIX braking and locking system, the SLAB TROLLEY increases safety during loading and unloading maneuvers. Thanks to the inclination of the conveyor, the SLAB CART becomes the ideal support to carry out the task of applying double gluing.

The SLAB TROLLEY has rubber stops at its ends to avoid possible impacts with the material or other elements.

With the SLAB CART the user can handle pieces with a maximum weight of up to 170 kg and a format of up to 360 cm x 160 cm.

*The use of the SLIM EASY TRANS PLUS or the SLIM EASY TRANS with the SLAB TROLLEY requires the mandatory use of the CROSSBOARD SET (ref. 18819). The SLAB CART is supplied disassembled and requires a complete first assembly by the user.
