Slab CUTTER

The SLAB CUTTER G3 manual cutting system allows you to make precise cuts in large-format porcelain sheets.

Its G3 guides are made of aluminum, to provide an extra reduction in the weight of the entire tool. Its exclusive design prevents the carriage from coming off the G3 guides unintentionally and improves the fixing system between guides thanks to its coupling system. Each SLAB CUTTER G3 includes 3 G3 guides that allow you to make cuts on pieces up to 320 cm. This capacity can be increased in sections of 110 cm, for each G3 guide that is incorporated.

Each G3 guide integrates two fixing suction cups. These suction cups have a "non-marking" rubber base that allows you to work on light-colored materials without the risk of staining them. The G3 guide system is compatible only and exclusively with the products indicated as G3.

The carriage is very light as it is made of aluminum and exerts greater marking power. Its movement along the G3 guides is very smooth and precise, due to its three horizontal bearings. The "soft-grip" handle provides ergonomics and comfort for the user.

The carriage of the SLAB CUTTER G3 is equipped with an EXTREME Ø 22 mm roller, suitable for working on materials with surface, rough and structured finishes, without abandoning, of course, materials with smooth or polished finishes.

Each SLAB CUTTER G3, in addition to the three G3 guides and the carriage, includes a SLAB pliers with the capacity to separate materials up to 10 mm thick. The SLAB pliers have a double functionality: pliers for materials up to 6 mm thick and screw jaw for materials up to 10 mm thick. The design, and dual function, of the SLAB pliers allows separation to be carried out with minimal effort on the part of the user.

To complete the equipment and facilitate its transportation and storage, the SLAB CUTTER G3 includes a practical textile bag, reinforced and equipped with internal compartments to store and secure all the components of the SLAB CUTTER G3.
